Decarbonisation in the USA : New report says "SLOW DOWN!"

Decarbonisation to mitigate global warming is a crucial and urgent priority. That's what we're hearing from our scientists and (most) governments. But a new report from energy consultants Wood Mackenzie suggests caution and a slower transition. This week we look at their findings.
