Riding Amtrak's Empire Builder Train Across The Western US

Back in November 2024 we took the Empire Builder train across Oregon, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, and Minnesota. It was a great alternative to flying, with none of the downsides of airports or airlines! It was a little slower than flying (~36hrs from Portland to St. Paul), but we had beds, a shower, food, and fun scenery!
