Do These Billboards Prove AI Is A Bubble?

Recently I visited San Francisco, and noticed something kind of weird about the AI billboards. None of them are actually selling anything to consumers. They're all pushing some kind of buzzword to other buzzwords. They're AI companies selling AI to other AI companies. Where's the market here? Is this all just a circular inflated loop? Some sort of bubble if you will?
The whole thing really reminds me of old-timey Alaskan mining scams, where companies would inflate their value and try to trick investors. Today there are a lot of ruins and ghost towns left from Alaskan mining, and I feel like AI might be going the same way.
