Steam has problems! - An open letter to Gaben.

I'd say, Steam is nearly perfect. It's cheap, fast and doesn't charge monthly fees, like XBox Live or PSN do. BUT there are a few issues with Gabe Newell's gaming distribution platform, I'd like to point out in this video. Please share your thoughts in the comments.

On another note...if anyone can tell me why my screen recorded footage at 0:59 was exported so sh1tty from Premiere Pro, you'll win a great price!! The footage has full 1080p resolution, is recorded at 60 fps and looks perfect in the original video!? Also, it exported perfectly in previous videos. I'm puzzled.
