I found a big pile of kayak paddles in a dumpster, and wanted to do something with the broken ones. With the addition of some zipties and duct tape, I now have the world's first (I think) Kayak Paddle Trebuchet! While it won't quite get a 90kg projectile 300 meters, it will throw tomatoes, rubber balls, and my old cell phone!
