In video "How To Make a Hybrid Supercapacitor"I show you how is made some basic asymmetrical supercapacitor.

In this project I make a basic asymmetrical supercapacitor based on manganese dioxide.
The positive electrode is made from manganese dioxide and conductive material, which is carbon black in ratio 4:1.
The negative electrode is made from activated carbon and carbon black in ratio 5:1.
The electrolyte in asymmetrical supercapacitor I use magnesium chloride.

When I test the supercapacitor: the capacitor was not fully charged (I charge the capacitor only 2 minutes). Than I conect my asymmetrical supercapacitor to electronic load (ZKE EBD-USB+) and discharge the supercapacitor with constant load of 50 mA, and I run the supercapacitor for 13 min.

BUT remember, you need to experiment with this type of supercapacitor. Work smart, not hard ;)
