Can I get better video quality by replacing my overhead office lights?

Well, since I started making more videos and being on a LOT more online video calls this year, I decided to try it out.

In this video, I talk about controlling one of the main qualities of light—its 'hardness'—and how well replacing my long skinny worklights with some 2' x 4' office lights works to make my video better.
