NVIDIA Jetson TK1 - Gstreamer stream video over network

This demo uses two Jetson TK1s. The first Jetson grabs video from a Logitech c920 camera encoded in H.264, and streams it over the network. The second Jetson Tk1 decodes the networked video and displays it on a projector. The video and audio from the camera is also saved to a local file on the first Jetson.
