Attempting To Connect Vintage Computers With Meshtastic

I've been trying, with mixed luck, to use Meshtastic radio text messaging on some 1980s computers. So far my Tandy TRS-80 Model 100 works the best, but still only half works. I can get text messages into the Tandy but not out. This will have to have a re-visit later! If anyone out there has ideas for how to get this fully working, please let me know in the comments.
