Explore the world-famous Garnet Beach with me as I collect garnets, concentrates, and beautiful mineral specimens from this British Columbia marvel. This private mining claim features incredible metamorphic schists loaded with garnets.

The garnets in the river have been eroded clean from their host rock, while the ones higher up in the mountains remain perfectly preserved, still embedded in the schist—making for amazing display specimens.
