343 Industries will keep making new Halo games! Despite the failure of Halo Infinite!! WHY!?

Just 1 week ago, Microsoft announced that they will lay off 10.000 people. Some of those layoffs will include employees from Xbox Game Studios, The Coalition, Bethesda and 343 Industries. Not long ago co founder and head of 343 Industries Bonnie Ross left the company, amongst other employees. Also Halo Infinite director Joseph Staten reportedly left 343 Industries. And on top of all that Halo Infinite is basically a dead game with extremely low player numbers on Steam. But now Pierre Hintze, the new head of 343 Industries and saviour of The Master Chief Collection, tweeted that all future Halo games will be made by 343 Industries and that Master Chief is here to stay! Fans are upset! Let's discuss.
