Melting Plastic to make a Comb 🪮

How to make a SUPER simple, recycled plastic comb.

Before we were able to make products at scale with our injection moulding machines, we would just use our good old DIY method to make things out of recycled plastic. Here you can see how we made our first comb prototype, and all you need is a panini press and a few basic tools.

This method can be applied to a whole bunch of different things - just draw up a template or search for one online and get to cutting! Just be sure to collect up all of those shavings so that they can be melted down and used again in future projects. ♻️
