Gold Mining the Deer River 300 Shovels Cleanup. (From Seadoo Gold Mining Trip #1)

I did a test of 150 shovels with 30-35 GPM vs 150 shovels with 40-45 GPM over a 12" wide sluice running Dream Mat Mini Cell. I'm holding off my review of the matting until I have more testing and experience with it, but here is the results from the test run in my last video titled "Seadoo Gold Mining! In this test I was running at a 7 degree (1.5"/foot) foot slope.

One thing to keep in mind with flow rate: I measure the actual flow rate through the sluice based on the time it takes to fill a tub I know is exactly 20 liters. Keep in mind a bilge pump may only put out 60-70% of it's rated flow after running through a hose to the sluice box.
