Surface Pottery Firing: 2019 SW Kiln Conference

This video shows two firings that I performed at the 2019 SW Kiln Conference at the Timber Camp Campground near Globe, Arizona on October 5 and 6, 2019. These are surface pottery firings in an oxidation atmosphere as would have been done by the ancient Salado, Mogollon or Hohokam potters in the American Southwest.
