Attempting To Fix Super Buddy Satellite Signal Meter

I found this gizmo at Ax-Man Surplus, a great spot for weird and obscure gadgets! Unfortunately this meter seems to have been designed and built in a rush by someone with no concept of design or maintenance. I wasn't able to get it working, so I guess it's just going to be a source of future parts!
