In Episode 6 of my custom electric dirt bike build, we're building a high-power 72V/3.6kWh lithium-ion battery pack from scratch using 240 Molicel P42A cells!
From cell testing and balancing to custom copper bus bars, spot welding, BMS installation, and a fully welded aluminum enclosure, this battery is built to handle some serious power!
Then we put it to the test with Golden Motor's 10kW electric powertrain and fire up the bike for its first powered spin!
