A dry washer is a great tool for processing gravels that are not close to water. I use mine for digging out nugget patches that I found with my metal detector and I've dug many ounces with it. It is not just a device for deserts, any dry gravel material can be dry washed - forests, and mine dumps are typical types of places people overlook. You can build your own dry washer without too much difficulty. This video will explain how. Watch this video and learn how to build your own mining equipment.
