There’s been a lot of speculation over the last few weeks about Evergrande defaulting on their corporate debt. D-Day has now finally come and gone and reports from offshore bondholders say that no payments were made. But where does this leave us and will the contagion that everyone feared actually happen? In this video, I try to answer these questions and talk about where the real impact is likely to be.
