We upgrade the Off grid Micro Hydro EMPIRE with an X-Stream Engine from Energy Systems and Design. We magically mount the machine in the river, connect it to the penstock, and wire it up. Then the tricky part; optimizing the nozzle size, rotor height (magnets) and MPPT settings to get the most power.
