Refurbishing a Free Speedboat - Part 5 - Why Won't It Shift???

In this episode of "Awful garbage boat I got for free", I'm digging into the engine's lower gear unit to see what was clunking in the last episode. After an extensive tear-down, inspection, and re-build, we find.... nothing? And then we get the boat running again! ... for about 5 minutes. Then, as usual, I break something else! It's excitement, drama, and grease throughout this installment. Well, that last thing anyway.

I hope that this video series will eventually result in a boat that functions. But if not, at least it can serve as a warning for anyone picking up a "great bargain" on a used boat!
