Date night! Exploring a NEW, old mine. (gold found)

The Golconda mine dates back from 1899 and is primarily a copper mine but has shown some great gold values and has some very close by gold showings. This hard rock mine has been worked on and off for more than 100 years. I know of 5 old adits (mine shafts) on this claim, but there may be more, and even these 5 may have all been sealed off. We tested some of the hard rock crush around the old mill site by panning the crush in the small creek close by. There was a few specks of gold in the gold pan. Enough to give us hopes to find some in the old crush piles. Another hope for this claim is to find some native copper.
