That's what this family had been hearing, They couldn't believe that a honeybee swarm had moved into their roof. It was right above the plasterboard in their son's bedroom.

I initially went to look at this on a very hot day. Due to the temperatures, the honey bees had moved down into a boxed in flu. After opening up the boxed in section the bees had found a way back into the roof space and had set honeycomb there.

The homeowner wanted them removed no matter how much damage I had to do to get them out. FOrtunelty, it was only superficial damage and a sheet of plasterboard and some plaster will sort it out.

I used the bee vac and removed the bees and now they are waiting to be setup in one of the new Bee Apiaries
