My brother and I built a tidal platform, which I keep referring to as a "raft" in this video. It was a great way for everyone to come together on a family vacation at the Alders beach resort.

We took some drift wood and planted some piles out at low tide, then added some bracing to keep it from falling over in the waves. Then we added a platform to stand on and finally some railing pieces. It was fun to build something with my brother again, and jumping off it into the ocean was a nice bonus!

I didn't originally intend this to be an "Utmost Outdoors" video, but it was nice to see summer again while editing this over the winter, and it's always good to practice my editing skills. Thanks to my dad for the graphic at the start of the video!

To my subscribers: I know you're used to seeing gold mining / jet boating / camping content, and there will be more of that eventually! In the mean time, I wont "click bait" you, so at least you'll know what a video is about before choosing to watch it or not!

As always,
Thanks for Watching!
