I show all details of my powerful homemade 300 watt rhombic Stirling engine which can generate enough heat and electricity with our DIY mini biogas digester in a small CHP unit.

It would be very nice if we could discuss there everything about Stirling engines, 3D printing and more, thank you very much Baptiste.
My self built Stirling engine is perfectly suited for generating heat and electricity in a micro combined heat and power system.
Together with our solar plant, it can make us independent from energy suppliers, especially in winter, to go off grid.
I use biogas from my homemade mini biogas plant as fuel but thanks to the engine's external combustion, any other heat source can also be used.
I made every single component with the greatest care and precision in my small home workshop.
However, for economical operation, the Stirling engine needs to become simpler, and therefore cheaper and more durable.
That is why I am explaining the entire engine in detail here.
I hope for your many ideas and suggestions on how to improve it.
I hope this gives you a good look at the inner workings of the Stirling engine.
It is really quite complex.
This is why I am currently focusing on the much simpler principle of the thermoacoustic Stirling engine.
If you are interested in the exact design dimensions for the rhombic drive, the heat exchangers, and the Stirling cycle, let me know in the comments.
If there is enough interest, I will make a more in-depth video on those topics.
As always, I look forward to your feedback, suggestions, and opinions in the comments, on Discord, or at ownenergy.org.
Your input and help is incredibly important for the ongoing development work!
If you want to support the project even further, a membership on Patreon or YouTube helps a lot.
Every cent from this goes directly into the development of the open-source thermoacoustic Stirling engine.

Thank you very much for your interest!
