Jet Boat Part 8 - Winterizing and 2021 Wrap-Up

Some final end-of-season projects for the Dorsett Catalina. I was hoping to get it out one more time this year, but just got too busy and ran into too many issues with broken stuff. Next spring we'll get it back out and maybe start digging into that damaged jet drive some more!
