This fish was alive during WWII....

This fish was alive during WWII.... The yellow eye rockfish, or red snapper, must be returned to the bottom of the ocean to have a chance at survival. My grandad could have caught this very fish when he was a teenager. I'd love to tag these, capture video evidence of the releaser actually working, and then follow the tagged fish to monitor for negative effects.
