First trip to the Jesse 3 Placer Claim on Trout creek

Took our first trip into the Jesse 3 claim. Looking to see if we could get into the upper bench site. Unfortunately there was still too much snow. Got to test pan the creek a bit, but as expected, there was not too much gold in the creek. This claim is 1/2 covered by an old crown grant. On the crown grant side, there has been a massive excavation. Stopping at the boarder to the claim. I want to test the gravels on the claim, just outside of the crown grant to see if whatever they were chasing, continues onto the claim.
