Voltmeter-indicator schematic and hydrogen pop.

I was so intrigued by the super-minimalist digital panel indicators that I decided to reverse engineer one and try to work out what the chip is.
By popular request I also pop some hydrogen and oxygen mix generated by the water hydrogenator.
