Superior Rectus - Elevation & adduction of eye, also assists w/medial rotation.
Medial Rectus - Adduction of the eye.
Inferior Rectus - Depression & adduction of eye, also assists w/lateral rotation.
Superior Oblique - Depression & abduction of eye, medial rotation.
Inferior Oblique - Elevation & Abduction of eye, lateral rotation.
Levator Palpebrae Superioris - Elevation of upper eyelid.
