Konami treats staff like prisoners? Working conditions like in a George Orwell dystopia!!

Rumors have surfaced in which Nikkei (a large japanese media corporation) accuses Metal Gear Solid 5 developer Konami of treating their employees in terrible ways. Kotaku picked the story up and I found it so disturbing that I had to share my opinion on it in this video.
