Older versions of the VESC use the BLDC tool to upload firmware and configuration files from a host computer. Newer versions of the VESC that are now shipping (VESC 6, some VESC 4.x) require the new VESC Tool for the same task. In this video, we go over configuring a VESC 6 Plus for use in RACECAR/J.
