Inside a shitty eBay ionizer with weird circuitry. (with schematic)

This thing didn't last long. It started with an impressive show before suddenly ceasing to emit ions while still making an active buzzing noise. This obviously required a bit of reverse engineering. The circuitry inside is partly clever and partly nonsensical.
