​ After harvesting my honey, I store it in large food grade buckets. By doing this it means I do not have to store honey in their glass jars.

Honey naturally crystalises over time, this does not mean it has gone bad. Quite the opposite in fact, its a sign of high quality honey.

This video outlines how to convert crystalised honey back to liquid honey.
