I am looking for 10 participants for a Pilot Research Workshop.
I am the founder of the World Dorodango Association.
In my life, there have been several periods when I felt deeply discouraged.Times when my heart felt heavy and it was difficult to move forward.
During those moments, I often found myself simply touching the soil, shaping it, and polishing it.Through that quiet process, I repeatedly experienced my mind gradually calming down and my energy slowly returning.
This is my personal experience.However, I have also received messages from people around the world who shared similar feelings.
They felt calmer.They felt more focused.They felt more positive.
At this stage, these are still personal experiences and subjective impressions.
The impact that making Dorodango may have on people has not yet been clearly studied.
That is why I decided to begin exploring this more formally.
I would like to understand whether the process of creating Dorodango could bring changes to people’s emotions and mental state.
This pilot study is the first step.
Based on the data and experiences gathered here, I hope to explore future possibilities in areas such as
educationwellbeingcorporate programsmental healthart
I would like to better understand Dorodango not only as a playful activity, but as a creative process and what kind of influence it may have on people.
I am looking for the first 10 people who are willing to take part in this exploration.

Because this workshop is part of a research study, there will be no meditation guidance or emotional facilitation.
Instead, I will teach the technique, tips, and theory of making Dorodango while we create together.
To allow everyone to progress at the same pace, we will make a slightly smaller Dorodango than usual.
This workshop is part of a research project, and participants may or may not experience relaxation or psychological changes.
Participation requirementsYou must be able to attend the session live onlineYou must complete questionnaires before and after the workshop
As a thank you for supporting this research, you will receive a Dorodango kit that normally costs 132 euros including shipping, offered at a special research price of 42 euros including shipping.
The kit allows you to make two Dorodango.
One will be created together during the workshop.The other can be made later at your own pace while watching my YouTube tutorial.
Those who already have deep experience with Dorodango, those living outside Europe, or advanced creators are not the target for this study.However, if you would like to support this project, sharing this post would mean a lot to me.
