Naked gold panning!? Some rules need the use of common sense. (Yale Public Panning Reserve)

Naked Gold panning! NO WAY! I spend an afternoon on the Fraser river at one of the most famous gold panning reserves. Finding that Fraser river gold. During the video I talk about the rules of what you can you in a public panning reserve. The whole naked thing is me making fun of the people who say you can only use the items specifically stated in the written rules while panning on a panning reserve. The rules state you can only us a gold pan and shovel. There are some who argue you can not use anything else, like a classifier or bucket or Snuffer bottles. I just took that ridiculous argument a little farther, and said the rules don't say you can you gloves or rubber boots either. They don't even say you can use clothes! Basically I'm saying common sense has to kick in at some point when reading rules. I will also be giving away an Arbor Fabricating Classifier in this video.
