Fujinon EPT-10 Pan / Tilt Camera Mount

This is something I picked up at a surplus auction for about $60. I'm trying to find more info on it, so if anyone happens to know the specs for a Fujinon EPT-10 PTZ mount, I'm all ears!

This might show up in a future video as an antenna rotor or something, I haven't quite figured out what to do with it yet.
