The world today is the most uneven it has been in history. The chasm between the haves and the have nots has been widening decade after decade only to be further accelerated by a global pandemic that disproportionately benefited the rich while hurting the poor.


This inequality has led to new ideas like president Biden’s proposals to tax unrealized capital gains at death, to ensure that people can’t horde their assets indefinitely throughout multiple generations.


I am going to try to defend the indefensible and convince YOU that wealth inequality is not really as bad as you might think…
