Waveshare Jetbot Build - Software Install and Basic Motion Test!

We continue our Waveshare Jetbot AI Kit build, flashing an image on a SD card and setting up the wireless. Then we perform Basic Motion tests using a Jupyter Notebook. The motors work! Step by Step Tutorial, see timestamps below.
