Thanks to your many tips and suggestions I greatly improved the stability of the burn and the wear of my special thin electrodes.
I tried different settings for the machine, a better setup and different electrode materials like special high density EDM graphite and tungsten copper.
Now I can begin to make the thin slots for my Stirling engine heat exchangers in the hunt for more power.
