We went out for a weekend hike on a nice sunny day in August to the Stanley Glacier. Caught in the thunder storm with lots of rain right at the glacier the rockslides were becoming more frequent. We found a break in the storm and started to hike out when the whole valley shook under the impact of a massive ice fall I just managed to catch on camera. The sound was something that you could feel right through your bones and it was an amazing thing to see from where we were.
