Crevicing gold NUGGETS!

INCREDIBLE! The amount of gold missed in this one crevice because we did not clean it right the first time we were here gold panning. This was almost a record for the amount of gold I pulled out in one day. And it was all in one crevice. I used all the right crevice sniping tools and a vacuum to clean the bedrock. Gold sniping, or sniping for gold is the process of cleaning small cracks and removing the small amounts of material wedge into those cracks. And this is often the best spot for finding gold. I got some great gold on this trip including one big gold nugget, two smaller gold nuggets and a lot o gold pickers. What a beautiful way to spend a spring day panning for gold on the Fraser river in British Columbia.
