How to Set Goals You'll Crush (Plus my 2018 Goals)

Goal setting is one of the most fun and yet difficult things to do. There seems to be an endless amount of goal setting systems out there. But I've found one that works for me and seems to work for anyone who really tries it.

I found this system through Michael Hyatt and it's called the S.M.A.R.T.E.R. framework.

It helps you set goals that are:
S = Specific
M = Measurable
A = Actionable
R = Risky
T = Time-Keyed
E = Exciting
R = Relevant

When you set goals this way, your odds of actually accomplishing them go through the roof.

I'm also going to discuss how you can create key motivations around each of your goals that will help you keep them top of mind and stay on track.

Plus there's one little trick when it comes to these key motivations and it has to do with setting a motivation based on what will happen if you don't reach these goals.
