How to Top Balance LiFePO4 Battery Cells Quickly (and when you need to do it)

Do not adjust the voltage of the power supply after you connect it to your cells!! You should do as I did in the video and set it to 3.6V, then attach the leads second. Do not adjust the voltage when the leads are connected to the cells!!

If you have new/high quality cells, and you pull full capacity with normal BMS, no real need to top balance.
