I'm not so sure it's a good idea having a downlight where you can't change the lamp without fiddling with wires, but I guess these are a marginally cheaper option for an installer due to their entire cost being equal to a cheap LED lamp.
They're basically a downlight with a standard LED lamp style PCB mounted inside them.
I got a few colours, since they are available in the usual red, green, blue, white and warm-white varieties.
