R/C Tuggy Sandbox On The Mississippi River

We took the remote-control Tuggy Tugboat on a trip up the Mississippi River! I was hoping to go a little farther on this voyage, but Tuggy had some technical issues... while in one of the biggest locks on the river! Fortunately the lock operator had a sense of humor, and said this wasn't even the stupidest thing he'd seen float through.
