I've built potato cannons before, and even a spud howitzer. Obviously the next step was a tank!

When an old stairlift gadget with some tracks showed up at work, I finally had the parts I needed!

The spud tank is built from 99% free and scavenged material, including the old stair climber, dumpster-dived plexiglass, plywood, and PVC, salvaged wiring, and a paintball marker found on the side of the road. I think the only parts that cost money were the sprinkler valve for the cannon and the 12v batteries, but all of those things were left over from previous projects I made. I can't say it was completely free since there might be $5 worth of PVC glue and electrical tape in it.

As mentioned in the video, this isn't related to certain unprovoked invasions, it's just what I was in the middle of building this month.

Please note that I don't recommend pressurizing or firing a potato cannon right in your lap. Don't try this at home!
