Rooster Teeth’s FINAL Stream …Where Was Everyone? (Reaction & Opinion)

Today was the day that Austin, Texas based social media and production company Rooster Teeth shared their last stream. A 6 hour show hosted by Barbara Dunkelman and containing loads of memories. Tears. Stories. Clapping. Photos. Nervous laughter…and Burnie Burns. Teams like the RTP crew, Best Friends today, the community team, the design and marketing team, achievement hunter and more had a chance to share their story. Funhaus and Rooster Teeth hosted a heartfelt ‘Special’ Stream on RoosterTeeth.com. It contained a lot of tears and moving statements by employees. But it also contained a sense of the corporate controlled entity that Rooster Teeth has become under the leadership of Jordan Levine. In this video I share my opinion on the stream and why I think it represented everything that’s wrong with Rooster Teeth. It’s been years since I listened to Burnie Burns, Gavin Free, Barbara Dunkelman and Gus Sorola on the RT Podcast. A lot has happened since then. But it seems like the downfall of Rooster Teeth continues. The Ryan Haywood Drama from Achievement Hunter and Adam Kovic from Funhaus had their scandal, which was followed by layoffs and brutally bad reviews written by previous employees on Glassdoor. Another ex Achievement Hunter employee and voice actress of RWBY comes forward with hard hitting accusations against the company. Kdin Jenzen, who worked with Rooster Teeth for almost 10 years and who primarily appeared on Achievement Hunter but was also known for voicing May Marigold in RWBY amongst other credits, left the company in June 2022. And just a few months ago she shared a detailed piece about some of her experiences within the company, including some shocking details of what’s allegedly really going on behind the scenes at RT. Geoff Ramsey, Gus Sorola, Michael Jones and Rooster Teeth responded with official statements at the time. Let's discuss the end of Rooster Teeth!
