If you want to know how much you can charge your tool batteries off a particular size of solar power bank, then I hope you will find this video useful. Sorry if I wasn't very concise in the video, I've written a summary below for those just looking for the answer.

***In Summary***
1) when charging a tool battery that plugs into a wall charger, you will convert "watt hours" in the Jackery 500 into "watt hours" in your tool battery at an efficiency of 74%. That means you could fully charge a 4 amp hour battery 5 times, or a 20 amp hour battery one time.
2) If you do it in reverse and charge the Jackery off the 18 volt battery, the efficiency is 81%. Meaning you would need 34 amp hours of 18 volt tool batteries to fully charge the Jackery 500.

I couldn't find this information anywhere on YouTube, so I had to test it out for myself.
