I have a bunch of 90's-era New Bright train sets, the kind that would go around your tree or holiday village. They're not great trains, but they're actually decent for use outside or underground since they're 90% plastic without much that would rust.

I'm planning to build a layout around the inside of my underground "Sand Bar" that we're digging in sandstone bedrock (more info here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XgINZBG3NgU).

Since the original track segments have limited options, I decided to try 3D printing some of my own. I'm not a very good 3D modeler, so I'm mostly just downloading G-scale track from Thingiverse and scaling it down to S-scale (51%) to match the New Bright trains. They *kind of* work with some trimming, sanding, and fiddling!

I'm not putting the files online since my edits honestly aren't very good, and are customized to what my ancient and slightly broken 3D printer can do. If you want to do this yourself, I suggest looking for the Lionel Polar Express track by Malamaker on Thingiverse, and scaling it to 51% for Dickensville / Wintersville / Western Express toys. Your mileage may vary depending on your printer, and you might still have to do some cutting and dremel detailing like I did!
