There are many ways to become a better runner. But there is one way that is better than all others and perhaps the only advice you need to become a better runner who can run both longer and faster.
What I am talking about may sound very obvious. But surprisingly many runners I meet are looking for a magic pill that will suddenly make them much better. They don't understand that the absolute most basic thing about just about anything you want to be good at also applies to running.
